Return Policy:

We offer cash refund against return only in a case of a product defect, reported to us within 3 days of receiving the order.

No return or refund on sale or closet clearance orders

The product has to be unused/untampered and should be shipped back to us within next 2 days post you have reported the issue. We will bear the shipping charges for this reverse shipment.

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. 

No returns will be accepted in the following cases:

      • In case of minor design and colour variations, which are inherent to handmade & handloom products owing to the manual process involved in getting the product ready. 

      • Incorrect delivery address or the recipient refusing to accept an order

      • Tampering of the original shipped product 

 

 Refund Policy:

The refund will be initiated post we have received the returned shipment and the quality check is successful.

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received and will be credited back within 2 working days after return has been accepted.
