Sambalpuri Bandha Ikat is a traditional handloom textile art hailing from Western Odisha, India. It uses an intricate tie-and-dye technique where the yarns are dyed prior to weaving to form precision patterns on the fabric. Famous for its vibrant colors, the weave frequently showcases symbolic motifs like flora, fauna, and traditional geometric shapes.
