About Bhujodi hand weaving craft
It is a centuries-old textile tradition from the Bhujodi village of Kutch, Gujarat, practiced by the skilled Vankar weaving community. Crafted on traditional handlooms using cotton, wool, and silk, the textiles are distinguished by their intricate motifs, extra-weft detailing, and rich textures.

Kala cotton is one of India’s oldest indigenous cotton from kutch region. It is grown completely free of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, azo free dyes and is a remarkably durable, coarse, and thermoregulating textile popular in sustainable fashion
