This season step out in style in fashion that speaks of Indian craftsmanship. Our exclusive Batik edit celebrates our love for handmade from heart fabrics. The hand block ensemble has been crafted using azo free dyes and using wax batik technique from our gujarat cluster
About the Technique
Handblock Wax Batik, is a "resist" process for making designs on fabric. The artisans make usage of wax to prevent dyes from penetrating fabric, leaving "blank" canvas in the dyed fabric. The process, wax resist then dye, is repeated over multiple times to create desired patterns in multi colour hues.
